1. Introduction

iPhone Event App is a global event management application designed for iPhone users. With this application user can book events, manage his bookings, share event over social media and much more. The application is global hence available all over the world. The prime focus of this application is on displaying events near user’s location.

2. Situation

Client provided us rough idea that client wanted to develop an iPhone application for managing the events. In this project client needed wireframes and mockups. Client had provided a high level idea and some features on paper about what is needed in the application. In the initial brainstorming sessions we gathered requirements and decided the process flow. Our business analysts worked on this project and produced wireframes and mockups.

3. Methodology

  • Requirement gathering: In initial kick start meeting we gathered requirements. Requirement gathering took place in two phases. In first phase we gathered requirement for application user. In second phase we gathered requirements for application admin.
  • Feasibility study: Brainstorming on each requirement we defined feasibility of the project and discussed several alternatives and selected best option.
  • Scoping: After feasibility study we prepared scope for both app user and admin.
  • Process flow: In this step we prepared process flow for both user and admin.
  • Wire framing: we then prepared wireframes for user and admin. After completion those were verified by the client.
  • UI Mockups: after completing wire frames for user and admin one of our business analyst worked on preparing UI mockups

As there was need for musician to self-promote their music and fans to use their social influence to gain status and rewards through social networking sites. Muzikflow helped for better marketing with deep penetration for musician as well as their fans.Muzikflow mobile app was a more personal, more social way to discover local live music on the go.

Scrum Application

1. Introduction

Web based and mobile app for event management that gets people together in real life was conceptualized and detailed documentations provided. Objective of the application was to let people indulge in things they like, meet people with similar and diverse interests. As an event platform, application takes the role of making events simple to organize and delightful to participate in.

2. Situation

Client had business idea which they wanted to make it live. Idea was in brain and nothing was on paper. Client wanted to make this application live to many cities across the globe having it multi functional and multi platform application for web, mobile, tablet compatible.

3. Solution

After initial brainstorming session we have kick started this project. We have suggested Scrum methodology for this project as this project involved cross functional teams across the globe and client wanted to make this project phase wise. We have supported client with Product Owner and Scrum Master, UI designer and Functional tester. Weekly sprint meetings planned for 8 weeks with daily sprint update and weekly sprint planning and review. Documentation with wireframe, User stories, and functional test cases were developed. We also suggested JIRA platform for managing all features, bugs and tasks.

  • Define Vision- Identify objective, initial release plan, Assemble team and high level scope
  • Meeting Strategy- list of product backlogs are identified and converted into task to be completed.
  • Identifying product backlogs- Features are listed according functionality and priority. Updating product backlogs.Product backlogs are changed as per need.
  • Goal setting- Goal helps the team to meet the objectives and to track how much work is remaining.
  • Conduct retrospective- Each member is asked to identify specific things that team should start doing, stop doing and continue doing. Feature sign off from client
