iPhone Event App is a global event management application designed for iPhone users. With this application user can book events, manage his bookings, share event over social media and much more. The application is global hence available all over the world. The prime focus of this application is on displaying events near user’s location.
Client provided us rough idea that client wanted to develop an iPhone application for managing the events. In this project client needed wireframes and mockups. Client had provided a high level idea and some features on paper about what is needed in the application. In the initial brainstorming sessions we gathered requirements and decided the process flow. Our business analysts worked on this project and produced wireframes and mockups.
Requirement gathering: In initial kick start meeting we gathered requirements. Requirement gathering took place in two phases. In first phase we gathered requirement for application user. In second phase we gathered requirements for application admin.
Feasibility study: Brainstorming on each requirement we defined feasibility of the project and discussed several alternatives and selected best option.
Scoping: After feasibility study we prepared scope for both app user and admin.
Process flow: In this step we prepared process flow for both user and admin.
Wire framing: we then prepared wireframes for user and admin. After completion those were verified by the client.
UI Mockups: after completing wire frames for user and admin one of our business analyst worked on preparing UI mockups.
Final Functional Specification document that was given to client contain requirement gathering, Process flow, All mockups with above mentioned feature and their Business Rules.
